The alarm was received at 13.15 by SOS on Monday.
According to the rescue service, a car with a trailer must have driven the car in front.
The vehicles are on the side of the road but the road is completely closed right towards Vännäs during the rescue work.
Two ambulances have been called but there is no information about injuries at the moment.
