The ruling and opposition party leaders hold a final debate over the direction of the revision of the Media Arbitration Act.



Democratic Party floor leader Yun Ho-joong and People's Strength floor leader Kim Ki-hyeon are scheduled to meet at the National Assembly in the morning of the 27th to discuss agenda items for the plenary session.



Han Byung-do and Choo Kyung-ho, senior deputy floor representatives of both parties, Kim Jong-min and Kim Yong-min of the Democratic Party who participated in the '8-member council', and People's Power Jeon Ju-hye and Choi Hyung-doo will also attend and discuss the amendment to the '4+4' media arbitration law.



Previously, the ruling and opposition parties postponed the proposal of the amendment to the Media Arbitration Act promoted by the Democratic Party on the 31st of last month, and after discussing the 'eight-member council', they agreed to handle the bill at today's plenary session.



National Assembly Speaker Park Byeong-seok is expected to watch the last-minute negotiations between the ruling and opposition parties today and decide on the handling policy, including whether or not to bring the amendment to the plenary session.
