According to MK, the increase will affect employees of rescue centers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, employees of institutions of the social sphere and hydrometeorological service, hygiene centers of Rospotrebnadzor, centers of standardization, metrology and testing of Rosstandart, rehabilitation centers for disabled people and others.
The indexation will not affect those state employees who were listed in the presidential decrees in May - for example, medical workers and teachers, since for them the corresponding procedures will be carried out from January 1.
On average, the salaries of Russians will grow by 4%.
At the same time, the amount of additional payments will be increased in accordance with the salary as a percentage.
