China News Service, September 26. According to the Cambodian "Cambodia Daily" report, on September 25 local time, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said in a speech that in view of the easing of the new crown epidemic, he has approved the Ministry of Education to resume classes in public and private universities.

Hun Sen pointed out that as schools gradually resume classes, the Cambodian government will also take a number of measures to prevent the spread of the epidemic in the community, including suspension of sacrifices on the Day of the Dead.

In response, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Education stated that public and private educational institutions that are allowed to re-operate must comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for epidemic prevention.

Each classroom allows up to 15 students to attend classes. Teachers and students in the school must strictly implement epidemic prevention measures, including wearing masks, keeping a safe distance, washing hands and disinfecting them.
