“India will provide eight million doses of Janssen vaccine from Johnson & Johnson, a company made in India,” Shringla told TASS.

The date of readiness is scheduled for the end of October this year.

It is noted that the decision to provide the drug is being implemented at the request of Quad (collaborations with the participation of India, Australia, the USA and Japan).

In August, India approved a vaccine against the new coronavirus infection from the American company Johnson & Johnson.
