First Skinnskatteberg and now Norberg, Handelsbanken choose to close the bank branch in the town from 29 October and move operations with staff and customers to Fagersta.

For the older customers who have problems managing their banking matters digitally, the move will not be a problem, Robertsson says.
- If for various reasons you are not comfortable with using digital services, we are never further away than a call and the office in Fagersta is ready to receive customers from Norberg, says Cecilia Robertsson.
