25 September 2021 Eco-incentives are also coming for used cars. Starting from 10 am on Tuesday, 28 September, dealers will be able to access the ecobonus.mise.gov.it platform to enter reservations for incentives for the purchase of low-emission used M-1 vehicles. The Mise gives the news, explaining that for the new incentive there are 40 million euros available (allocated by the Sostegni bis decree) for the purchase of a used vehicle of a class of not less than 6 euros, with a price resulting from the average prices market not exceeding 25,000 euros and with emissions between 0-160 g / km CO2.

The contribution is recognized only with scrapping and differs according to the emission range of the used vehicle that is purchased: for the 0-60 range the contribution is 2,000 euros;

for that 61-90 it is 1,000 euros;

for the 91-160 range it drops to 750 euros.

The scrapped vehicle must be of the same category as the one purchased, registered for at least 10 years and in the name of the buyer or a family member for at least 12 months.
