September 25, 2021 The Taliban will ask states that took part in military operations in Afghanistan to compensate families of civilian victims, killed in military operations or by drones. This was revealed by Noor Mohammad Motavakil, a member of the government's culture and information commission appointed by the Taliban, after the announcement by the British Ministry of Defense of compensation for all victims of British air strikes. A decision that prompted the Taliban to prepare a list of civilian casualties and the request to all coalition forces to follow the example of the British, in particular the United States, which in one of the very latest air raids, on 29 August last year, have killed a family of 10 people, mistakenly believed to be ISIS-K terrorists.

Fatal mistake later admitted by the Pentagon itself. According to data released by the British Ministry of Defense, at the moment 688 thousand pounds (about 800 thousand euros) have been paid for the compensation for the death of 289 civilians killed in operations carried out between 2006 and 2014, an average of 2,380 pounds per person (2,800 euros). According to the British Ministry of Defense, the figure is established according to legal principles, precedents and local customs.

New explosion in Jalalabad, at least 4 injured

An explosive attack took place in the city of Jalalabad and caused at least four injuries.

Al Jazeera reports it.

The Taliban are investigating the attack.

According to Bakhtar and Ariana news agencies, there is at least one victim and seven injured.

A rudimentary device, the agencies add, would have exploded when a Taliban convoy passed, a dynamic that recalls that of the attack that took place last September 17 in Jalalabad, which caused at least 6 victims and was claimed by Isis.
