"According to the updated information, a man born in 1959 was injured, hospitalized in the emergency hospital of the city of Rostov-on-Don, there is no threat to life," TASS cites a statement.
Rescuers said that as a result of the emergency, 23 people were evacuated.
Damage to the partition between the apartments was recorded in the house.
Earlier it became known that three apartments were damaged as a result of a domestic gas explosion in Verkhnyaya Pyshma in the Sverdlovsk region.
