Cartooning for Peace celebrates its 15th anniversary.

Since its creation in 2006, the network - created to promote press cartoons and work for democratic dialogue, freedom of expression, human rights and peace - has grown and today brings together more than 250 designers in more than 70 countries.

Founded by Plantu and chaired today by Kak, the 1901 law association is recognized in the general interest and promotes in particular human rights and the fundamental values ​​of democracy.

On the occasion of this anniversary, Cartooning for Peace will offer various events in the fall to celebrate the richness and topicality of press cartoons.

Cartooning for Peace is an international network of cartoonists committed to promoting, through the universality of press cartoons, freedom of expression, human rights and mutual respect between populations of different cultures or beliefs.
