It was at the beginning of May that a man died in hospital after a shooting in the residential area in Vivalla.
On Thursday, two men were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the murder.
The two men have now been requested to be detained.
One of the men is suspected of murder and a felony.
The other man is suspected of aiding and abetting murder.
Arrest proceedings will be held on Friday, when the district court will decide whether the men should be arrested.
