The agency also reported that Kim Yeo-jong called "an interesting, good idea" the proposal of South Korean President Moon Jae-in to sign a declaration on the end of the Korean war.

Earlier, Moon Jae-in, during his speech at the 76th session of the UN General Assembly, proposed to resume the dialogue between South Korea, North Korea and the United States.
