Four people were indicted in the Loiret for having generated and sold fake health passes, we learned on Thursday.

Among them is a liberal nurse practicing in Orléans.

They were indicted for "fraud to the detriment of a social protection organization, possession and use of administrative bogus, fraudulent introduction into an automated data processing system and endangering the life of others", specified the floor of Orleans.

Two suspects were remanded in custody and two others under judicial supervision.

350 euros for the health pass

A fifth person, arrested Monday, was not indicted. This is the wife of one of the dealers. If the liberal nurse was unknown to justice, her three accomplices had already been convicted in cases related in particular to narcotics. According to a police source, the three suspects collected the contact details of people seeking to obtain a health pass and transmitted them to the nurse, who generated a health pass on the Health Insurance site without having carried out a vaccine.

The network would have issued "several dozen" of health passes as well, for 350 euros each, according to the prosecution.

The police of the territorial direction of the judicial police of Orleans had been informed of a suspicion of trafficking of false health passes "during August".

From a police source, vaccinations have been declared in Le Havre, in Val-d'Oise and Loiret.
