“The Association of Professional Users of Social Networks and Messengers is asking you to consider the possibility of amending federal legislation in order to develop uniform rules for using domestic social networks as tools for submitting official electronic applications of citizens to federal, regional, municipal authorities through their official accounts. ", - the appeal says.
