　　"On the morning of the detention, she also received a few parcel delivery messages on her mobile phone. She never forgot about these couriers and asked the investigator to pass it on to her colleagues for collection." The investigator said.

In order to attend a friend's wedding, Li Sisi spent more than 2,000 yuan online to buy a set of evening gowns. At that time, her monthly salary was less than 3,000 yuan.

　　Playing online games is the "best" way for Li Sisi to spend time outside of work. She gradually loses her way in the virtual online world, sometimes costing thousands of dollars at a time.

After Li Sisi was detained, investigators searched her office and found a large stack of used online game recharge cards.

　　In fact, Li Sisi's salary income could not satisfy her consumption in online games and online shopping, and her life was stretched.

She used her credit card to withdraw cash continuously, and then applied for instalments after she swiped the card, and then went to cash with her credit card for a period of time.

　　In January 2014, the town leaders asked Li Sisi, who had just started to work, to receive an off-book fund of more than 100,000 yuan.

Faced with this sum of money, and the approaching credit card repayment date, Li Sisi had a crooked mind.

"The leaders of the unit will not use the funds so quickly. They will first borrow them to repay the debts owed by their personal credit cards. Later, they will use cash installments to make up for it."

　　In June 2017, the unit commissioned an accounting company to complete the account, and the problem of Li Sisi's embezzlement of public funds surfaced.

On July 2, 2020, Li Sisi was taken lien.

On July 30, 2020, Li Sisi was expelled from public office and transferred to the judiciary.

　　After the case occurred, the Pingguo Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision urged Fengwu Town to do a good job in promoting reforms, refine and improve financial management methods, and prevent the occurrence of false invoices, blank reimbursement expenses, "off-book accounts" and "small treasuries".
