Ivo's documents show that it is about some form of retention, and that the efforts sometimes involved four people from the staff.

In a conversation with Ivo, the accommodation staff has stated that coercive and restrictive measures have been used "everyday" against the individual user, and that the working method has been anchored with the immediate manager.

Investigated internally

Ivo's inspection took place at the beginning of September and Fridha Söderqvist, who is head of operations for elderly care, states that this was the first time that the information came to her attention.

- We stopped the approach immediately and have started our own investigation to establish what went wrong.

There is nothing that is okay in any way.

I understand that there are difficult situations that challenge us, but coercive or restrictive measures are never okay.

We work in many ways to succeed in the difficult situations, which I would say that we also do in most cases.

No employee has been suspended during the investigation, and Fridha Söderqvist does not want to draw any conclusions as to why the situation has arisen before the administration's investigation is completed.
