Regardless of how the members vote, it is not certain that the bailiff will cancel the executive auction to be held on Tuesday 28 September.

In normal cases, an executive auction will not be canceled after it has been announced.

- It will take a lot more.

We will see that it is likely that it means a solution, says Kristina Alexis at the bailiff.

According to the company Västra Skrävlinge fastigheter, which is behind the offer, several banks involved are positive about the solution.

The proposal means that the company first buys all the tenants' apartments.

The price is determined by the size and condition of the apartment, but for many can mean that they get back up to half of the effort.

After that, the property is converted into rental apartments.

The residents can stay even if the rent will be significantly higher than the current monthly fees.

Several banks positive

According to the company, several banks have given the go-ahead for the deal.

This applies to Handelsbanken, which has lent just over SEK 60 million to the tenant-owner association, but also to several banks that have lent money to the residents' contributions.

The proposal has already been voted down by the members at an earlier meeting, when there was information that better bids could come.

Fredrik Eklöf, CEO of Västra Skrävlinge fastigheter, does not want to comment on the deal before the members' meeting.
