1 vanilla bean, 50 cl of whipping cream, 5 kiwis, 1 pineapple, 2 mandarins, 10 strawberries, 13 white grapes, 20 black grapes, ½ pear, blueberries, currants

The recipe in video

• Soak the ladyfingers in the orange juice. Place them in the pan, standing against the edge and at the bottom. Whip the mascarpone, sugar, 1 scraped vanilla pod and whipped cream using an electric mixer.

• Cover with a layer of whipped cream. Garnish with kiwi slices, pineapple pieces, 1 tangerine in quarters, blueberries and currants. Cover with a new layer of boudoirs, a layer of whipped cream and decorate it with slices of strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, currants and 1 grape then cover with a layer of whipped cream.

• Place 1 pear half on top to make the body of the peacock.

Cut 2 slices of strawberries into a triangle to form the legs and place them under the pear.

Place 1 triangular piece of pineapple on the pear to make the beak.

Draw 2 eyes with whipped cream and pieces of blueberry, form the tail of the peacock with white and black grapes, half-slices of kiwi fruit, blueberries, pieces of pineapple, slices of strawberries, currants, blueberries and tangerine wedges.
