“Unfortunately, there are no survivors as a result of the disaster,” the ministry’s press service told the agency.
The previously elected governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Mikhail Degtyarev, said that the rescuers had reached the crash site of the An-26 aircraft.
On September 22, it became known that the An-26 plane had disappeared from radar in the Khabarovsk Territory.
Later, a Mi-8 helicopter EMERCOM of Russia discovered the wreckage of the crashed aircraft during search operations.
