Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, said that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu would make a personal decision regarding mandates in the State Duma.
Later it was reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to meet with Shoigu, Lavrov, the head physician of the hospital in Kommunarka Denis Protsenko, co-chairman of the ONF central headquarters Elena Shmeleva and child rights ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova.
Shoigu, Lavrov, Protsenko, Kuznetsova and Shmeleva were in the top five of the federal list of "United Russia" in the elections to the State Duma.
