According to the investigation, employees of the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Healthcare Institution Children's Infectious Diseases Hospital No. 3 tied a patient born in 2018 with pantyhose to a bed and a chair.

“On suspicion of committing this crime, a woman born in 1961, who works as a ward nurse of the said institution, was detained,” the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for St. Petersburg said in a statement.

At the moment, the question of choosing a preventive measure for her is being decided.
