In Gonesse, in the Val d'Oise, the manager of an HLM residence has started legal proceedings to obtain the termination of the lease and the authorization to evict three families residing in his HLM in Orgemont park.

To justify himself, he invokes dozens of degradations and aggression.

INTERVIEW

The manager of an HLM residence has started legal proceedings to obtain the eviction of three families living in low-cost housing.

The reason: the multiplication of incivilities committed by the children of the three families.

The lessor has counted 64 damage or theft of cars but also the assault of a caretaker of the residence.

The general manager of the lessor explained the reasons for this procedure on Europe 1.

Families "in denial"

"A certain number of families are in denial", explains Michèle Attar, general manager of the HLM organization "Toit et joie", which manages the apartments in question. She specifies that the objective is not so much to expel the families manu militari as to put pressure on them to find solutions. "Once we have an agreement from the judge for an eviction, we still have all the time that allows us to reverse the decision if the families offer us durable solutions."

Since the start of the procedure, the families are said to have been aware of the gravity of the situation.

"In this case, for at least two families, things have stabilized and the difficulties are less. And at least one of the families asked to leave the residence, perhaps for salutary reasons: to keep their children away from a network which is not necessarily very healthy for them. "

The exasperated neighbors

“The neighbors are modest people who use their car to go to work. When they no longer have a car or it has been robbed, they themselves are in a victim situation. They ask us to solve the problem. done with the means at our disposal, while trying to prevent an entire family from ending up on the street because a teenager is dysfunctional, "explains Michèle Attar.

"We have initiated an expulsion procedure, which does not mean that we will necessarily go to the end."
