During the meeting that Skinnskatteberg municipality held with the Swedish Transport Administration on Wednesday, measures were discussed for the accident-affected intersection on county road 233/250.
A project manager has been produced and an application has been sent to the county administrative board for amended traffic regulations.
- It's about a stop sign from the Västerås direction.
It is about reducing the speed to 50 on both roads and additional signs for accident-prone intersections, says Lena Lovén Rolén, municipal councilor in Skinnskatteberg municipality.
According to her, the responsibility for the measures lies with the Swedish Transport Administration and the landowners.
- There are some landowners who have removed sly but there is more you can do, she says.
