The appeal comes in the light of the fact that the Youth, Leisure and Culture Committee, after a reshuffle, has decided on continued financing and rebuilding of the municipal riding facility.
- As I have understood it, it has been opposed to the decision with the motivation that you should not subsidize private stables, says riding school director Lotta Lindelöf.
Tested by the administrative court
For several years now, Ridklubben Dundret has been running the business and operation of the current riding hall, and during that time the riding club has offered private stables.
The question of whether a municipal facility should offer private stables has become relevant with the appeal and will now be tried by the administrative court.
