But, in his opinion, not all young people are able to independently cope with these loads and regulate their emotional state.

At the same time, according to Kurdesov, if such young people have weapons, undetected psychological problems can lead to new tragic situations.

“In this regard, I ask you to evaluate the feasibility of creating a system of psychological monitoring of students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions who have weapons, namely, the introduction of quarterly checks with a psychologist, who, upon identifying a psychological disorder, will be able to promptly inform the law enforcement agencies about the potential threat and the need complete or temporary termination of the right to own a weapon, ”the appeal says.

On September 20, six people were killed and 28 injured in the shooting at the Perm State National Research University. According to the Investigative Committee, the attacker is a university student. During the arrest, he resisted and was wounded.
