It was the so-called contingency force that was delayed by about 20 minutes, according to the internal investigation.

This is due to the fact that they were not reached by the alarm center when the first alarm went off at 04:30 on the morning of 7 July.

The investigation also shows a similar error in the alarm when the preschool Fjärilen was destroyed in a fire in January 2020. Even then, the emergency response force was delayed.
