More than 70 rescuers are involved, 20 pieces of equipment are used, ”the ministry said.

It is clarified that the search work is complicated by the dark time of the day, unfavorable weather conditions, as well as the peculiarities of the taiga and mountainous terrain.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed the loss of An-26 from radars in the Khabarovsk Territory.

Later, investigators opened a criminal case over the loss of communication with the An-26 aircraft in the Khabarovsk Territory.
