According to the interrogations with the murder suspect couple, the origin of the act must have taken place earlier in the day.

The victim must then have been at the home of the suspects and drank coffee - and at one point made unwanted approaches to the woman.

- So I got flipped there and started filing him in the armchair, he pulled out in the hall, he pushed on the stairs, so he scratched his head.

[...] Then he went home and I ran after him, then it derailed, says the murder suspect.

He further tells how he went to the victim's home with a knife and stabbed the 78-year-old repeatedly in the abdomen, and how he and the woman kicked and stomped the 78-year-old in the head.

Knife in boiler

- I completely derailed.

I did not intend to kill him, I just wanted to scare him, the man says in interrogation.

The woman, for her part, says that she does not remember if she used any violence against the man, but admits that she was at the scene and witnessed the whole act.

- I have been afraid that I have done something, but I do not remember that I have done anything, she says in interrogation.

After the act, the woman is said to have taken care of the knife and tried to fire it up in a boiler.

No trial date has yet been set.
