Suspected burglars put to flight by owners in the Gard

Owners surprised and put to flight two men, suspected of having tried to rob a residence, in Redessan (Gard), on the night of September 16 to 17,

learned

from Eric Maurel, the public prosecutor. Republic of Nîmes.

The two men, aged 24 and 26, are suspected of having fled by stealing a vehicle.

They were finally arrested by gendarmes, who suddenly left their patrol at the Feria des Vendanges to chase them.

During their arrest, the suspects are accused of having threatened the police.

They will soon be heard by the courts.
