On Monday, a serious workplace accident occurred in Kramfors.
There were three people involved, two men and a woman, one of them died and two were injured, according to Christer Jarlås.
He explains what happened:
- Walls are being lifted and a wall is tipped over.
The three involved ended up under the wall.
The walls were to be transported from the site, probably on the way to a construction site.
That fact makes it impossible to say that it is a workplace accident.
Technical examination
- We initially investigate it as a work environment crime and it includes causing another person's death and causing bodily injury, Christer Jarlås points out.
The police investigation is to find out exactly what happened.
- A technical examination was done yesterday, but we have not received results yet so we do not know what caused the wall to tip over, says Christer Jarlås.
