"According to preliminary data, as a result of a traffic accident involving four vehicles, three local residents aged 20 to 22 died, and the driver of a foreign car, in the cabin of which there were victims, was also injured," the department said.

It is also reported that "the young man was taken to the hospital, where he is provided with the necessary medical assistance."

All the circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
