Four victims of the shooting at the University of Perm are on a ventilator

The department informed that seven victims were delivered to Moscow by a special flight of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“All of them are in serious condition, four of them are on mechanical ventilation,” the message says. 

Earlier, the regional authorities published a list of victims of the tragedy.

On September 20, six people were killed and 28 injured in a shooting at the Perm State National Research University, which was staged by a university student.

The attacker was neutralized by traffic police officers Konstantin Kalinin and Vladimir Makarov.
