The Central Election Commission of Russia has completed the processing of protocols from precinct election commissions.

As follows from the data published on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, 100% of the ballots have been processed.

The United Russia party won with 49.82% of the vote.

Next come the Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 18.93%, the Liberal Democratic Party - 7.55%, "Fair Russia - Patriots - For the Truth" - 7.46% and "New People" - 5.32%.

It is these political associations that are included in the lower house of parliament - they have overcome the necessary five percent barrier.

We add that other political parties were unable to overcome even the three percent barrier, which is necessary to receive government funding.

The best result was shown by the Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice, which gained 2.45% of the vote, followed by: Yabloko (1.34%), Communists of Russia (1.27%), the Russian ecological party Green (0, 91%), Rodina (0.8%), Russian Party of Freedom and Justice (0.77%), Green Alternative (0.64%), Growth Party (0.52%) and Civic Platform (0.15%).

At the same time, based on the preliminary results of the elections to the State Duma in single-mandate constituencies, representatives of seven political parties enter the lower house of parliament.

United Russia candidates won in 198 single-mandate constituencies (88%) in the elections to the State Duma.

The members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation won in nine districts (4%), the Spravedlivorossi - in eight (3.56%), the Liberal Democratic Party - in two (0.89%).

In five constituencies, the victory remained with self-nominated candidates (2.23%).

We are talking about Anatoly Wasserman, Dmitry Pevtsov, Oleg Leonov (all - Moscow), Vladislav Reznik (Adygea) and Leonid Babashov (Crimea).

Rodina, the Party of Growth and the Civic Platform have victories in one constituency (0.44%) each.

“We see a serious difference from a similar campaign that took place five years ago.

Including in terms of increasing party representation.

It can already be assumed that not four, but five games are being played.

In addition, in addition to self-nominated candidates, representatives of three more parties in their personal capacity pass through single-mandate constituencies.

In total, there will be representatives of eight parties in the Duma, ”said Ella Pamfilova, the head of the Central Election Commission.

Thus, "United Russia", according to preliminary data, receives a constitutional majority (two-thirds of the total number of seats in the State Duma).

"The official results are not earlier than September 24"

On the eve, the chairman of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, informed Russian President Vladimir Putin about the preliminary results of the elections to the State Duma.

According to her, the current campaign turned out to be the most difficult during her tenure as head of the CEC, including due to the coronavirus pandemic and the "unprecedented" level of attacks on digital services used for voting.

She also indicated that, preliminary, the turnout was 51.68% - this figure is higher than in the elections five years ago.

In addition, 491 thousand observers were present at the elections - from parties, candidates, public observers.

“We officially want to sum up the results not earlier than Friday.

This is due to the fact that I strongly recommended to all our colleagues in the regions - since, in addition to the campaign for the State Duma, we had a total of 4400 different kinds of campaigns: these are elections of high-ranking officials, and in 39 regions there are elections to regional legislative assemblies, and municipal elections - so as not to rush.

The purity of this campaign is paramount, ”she said.

In this regard, the head of the CEC very strongly asked the members of local election commissions to carefully consider all complaints and appeals, if any, so that there is no doubt about the voting results.

“And only after that sum up the results.

Since we have invested so much effort in ensuring the cleanliness of the election campaign, I would not like that somewhere some careless attitude could damage the reputation of what we have done, ”Pamfilova emphasized.

In turn, the head of state expressed gratitude to all employees of election commissions at various levels, as well as citizens of the Russian Federation for an active life position.

“I very much hope that the deputies of the State Duma of the future, the eighth convocation from various political parties that will become part of the highest representative body of Russia, will do everything in their power to justify the confidence of their voters.

We have one common goal - the prosperity of Russia and its citizens, ”Putin said.
