According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, at about 17 o'clock that day, a local resident opened fire on the bailiffs on duty and personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Alato District of Almaty.
The Almaty Police Department subsequently confirmed that 5 people, including two policemen, died during the mission.
Sources said that due to debt issues, local law enforcement officials asked the man to leave his private residence. During the execution of the court's deportation order, he shot at law enforcement officials.
