With regard to the Italian procedure, just in view of the adoption, a hearing has already been set before the Juvenile Court of Milan for 22 October to discuss the complaint of the maternal family (including maternal grandfather Shmuel Peleg) against the appointment of Aya as legal guardian. Appointment confirmed by the Pavia judge last August.
