Along the walls of Shiyar Ali's living room, there is a string of photographs.

The pictures show people in his vicinity who have fallen victim to the terrorist sect.

- These are my cousins.

They were working in their shops and IS placed a car bomb outside.

The whole house was destroyed.

Here is a friend I studied with.

He was a wonderful person.

Energetic and nice person.

He said that one day we will reach the light, when we will live in freedom.

"Clearly they still have the ideology"

He has met the Swedish IS women in the camps in northeastern Syria.

He says it was hard.

- Several of them are still radical.

It is clear that they still have the ideology.

They express themselves as if we are not Muslims but unfaithful.

At the same time, some of them have regretted and really want to go home.

Given how our people were murdered and tormented by IS, it was hard to meet them and hear that several of them still believe in that ideology.

When he hears about how several of these women have been released into society pending criminal investigations, he is surprised.

- It's really tragic.

I think that is unacceptable.

Who should be held accountable if they do something or if something happens?

Who?

"The world has not been of any help"

He believes that the Kurds feel alone in the process of bringing people who have fought for IS to justice.

- The world has not been helpful.

They have turned their backs on us.

We are now expelling a first group of women, but they are dangerous individuals who can pose a threat.

We expect Sweden to bring them to justice, not least so that victims of IS can be rehabilitated.

In Shiyar Ali's living room, the portraits of friends and family mingle with people who fell in the war against the terrorist sect.

- It's about thousands of people.

These on my walls are a drop in the ocean.

They have all worked to stop IS.

It's a great struggle for freedom.

For women and a better Syria without violence and misery.

They are our heroes and when I look at the pictures I think we must continue to fight.

For them to have peace, says Shiyar Ali.
