Habo municipality has vaccinated most people in Jönköping county, in terms of number of inhabitants.
Habo together with Tranås municipality is best at vaccinating 16-29 year olds, at the same time there are challenges.
Henrik Johansson works as a nurse and is employed by the hour to work with the vaccination in Habo.
He himself has met several young adults who are skeptical of the vaccine.
- They are very hesitant and would have preferred to avoid taking the vaccine, now they feel compelled for various reasons, he says.

Several targeted efforts are being made
Vårdcentralen Bra Liv Habo has made targeted efforts towards older people, but also socio-economically weaker groups in the municipality.
At the same time, Habo does not have the same problem as, for example, Jönköping, with several socio-economically weak areas, where vaccination coverage is low.
- A big reason for the high vaccination coverage is the socio-economic situation here, in Habo many are well educated, well informed and very interested in being involved and contributing to society, says Daniel Brandon, operations manager for Bra Liv Habo health center.
The Jönköping County Region recently sent an SMS to all residents aged 16-39 with information about vaccination, which increased the number of appointments.
In Habo, further measures may now be taken to get even more people vaccinated.
- We are talking about possibly going out to some larger companies here and collaborating to vaccinate people but also collaborating with Habo municipality to reach socio-economically weaker groups here, says Daniel Brandon.
