Jonas Trolle believes that the authorities' opportunities in these cases are limited.
- If you do not have an arrest or detention later and it is not a question of compulsory legislation, for example psychiatric compulsory care, then there are no opportunities in Sweden to have any special rule for these people, he says.
- The people are notified of suspicions, investigations are underway, an assessment is made of any deed and ability.
