He explained that "the specialized crime scene team monitored traces of blood on one of the walls of the house, and it was likely that it was the criminal, so it followed the trail until it reached a street inside the residential complex, then the traces were suddenly cut off."

He pointed out that «the team continued the search until it found traces of blood again, and followed it for a great distance, despite its weakness, until it reached an iron barrier on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and then found blood spots on the barrier.

The team continued the search until it was rewarded for its effort by finding the murder weapon (a knife) steps away from a station on the road.”

He added, "The work team determined the source of selling the knife used in the crime, and through it, the killer was identified and arrested in record time, thanks to a team that did not give up or tire, despite the difficulties it faced."

It is reported that the killer was one of the workers who had previously visited the villa, and after many months, he decided to target it with theft.

After entering the place, the villa owner woke up and killed him and his wife with a knife he had in his possession. He also stabbed one of his two daughters while he was running away.

Suleiman confirmed that there are several complex cases that crime scene experts participated in uncovering by monitoring accurate traces, such as a theft committed by a thief, and he completely denied doing it, so the work team was able to match the copper nuggets found on his clothes with the stolen safe, and by confronting him with this evidence he collapsed and confessed with his crime.

A runaway accident turns into a murder

After being harassed, he admitted that he assaulted the victim with a sharp object, then moved him to this place and performed a camouflaging operation so that the crime appeared as a run-over accident.

Colonel Makki Salman confirmed that the crime scene team has not recorded any error in collecting or documenting evidence over the past years, pointing out that the department consists of three main sections: removing physical traces, rebuilding the crime scene and the Traffic Accidents Inspection Section.
