"At 20:00 on the territory of Russia, without taking into account remote electronic voting, 31.51% of voters voted," the CEC TASS press service reports.

Earlier, the head of the CEC Ella Pamfilova said that the average turnout in Russia at 15:00 Moscow time was 25.64%.

According to her, the minimum turnout during the ongoing elections to the State Duma was recorded in St. Petersburg, Khakassia and the Kaliningrad region.
