　　China News Service, September 18, Taiwan Affairs Office spokesperson Zhu Fenglian said in response to reporters on the 18th that we urge the European Parliament and relevant committees to be cautious in their words and deeds on Taiwan-related issues and stop sending false signals to "Taiwan independence" forces.

　　A reporter asked a question that the European Parliament's plenary session recently passed the "New Europe-China Strategy Report," which contains negative Taiwan-related content.

　　Zhu Fenglian stated that there is only one China in the world and Taiwan is a part of China.

The Taiwan issue is purely China's internal affair, and no external interference is allowed.

The relevant Taiwan-related reports recently adopted by the European Parliament and relevant committees violate the one-China principle generally recognized by the international community and the European side's serious commitment on the Taiwan issue when China and Europe established diplomatic relations, and grossly interfered in China's internal affairs. We firmly oppose this.
