  According to a French media report on September 18, local time, the safety and reinforcement work after the Notre Dame de Paris fire has ended as expected, and the restoration work is expected to start this winter.

  It is reported that after the completion of the security reinforcement work, the main building structure of Notre Dame Cathedral is absolutely safe.

The safety reinforcement work completed in the first phase includes the removal of the scaffolding after the fire, the removal of the large pipe organ, the cleaning and classification of the residues after the disaster, and the fixing of the internal cross-section of the church.

In addition, the preparatory work for the restoration phase has already begun. The interior walls and floors of the church will be cleaned at the end of this month, and then the first phase of restoration work will begin this winter.

  On April 15, 2019, Notre Dame Cathedral was hit by a serious fire.

French President Macron once promised to complete the reconstruction work within five years.
