It is noted that in October military pensioners, citizens who have turned 80 years old, residents of the Far North and some other regions of Russia can expect additional payments to pensions or indexation.

In the regions, payments are planned for the Day of the Elderly, which is celebrated on October 1.

The publication writes that residents of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, who have worked in the region for at least 15 years, will receive 10 thousand rubles on October 1.

In the Ryazan region, pensioners who have reached the age of 90 will receive 500 rubles each.

In the Chelyabinsk region, all pensioners will be credited 700 rubles by October 1.

“Regional payments for the Day of the Elderly is an interesting idea, but it does not have federal support, and the amount of payments varies greatly from region to region,” said Anna Bodrova, senior analyst at IAC Alpari.

It is also reported that the size of the indexation of pensions for military pensioners will be 3.7%.

Earlier, the Pension Fund of Russia recalled mistakes that could affect the appointment and size of pension payments.
