Several dozen Lens supporters entered the field at half-time in the derby against Lille on Saturday to provoke their Lille rivals.

After five minutes of confusion and the intervention of CRS to push back the Lensois, they returned to their kop, noted an AFP journalist.

In Lens, these clashes threaten the resumption of the meeting, while the start of the second period has already been postponed pending an analysis of the situation by a crisis unit.

A cordon of police has been deployed in front of the Lens ultras platform to prevent further overflows.

The score is 0-0 between the two rivals from northern France.

Before the meeting, an offensive tifo targeting Lille was brandished by the ultras Sang et Or.

About 1,400 Lille were able to make the short trip to the Bollaert-Delelis stadium.

For the incidents of Nice-OM, the League (LFP) sanctioned the Nice club with three matches behind closed doors and the withdrawal of one point.

The match will also be replayed on October 27 on neutral ground.
