This was told by the head of the public headquarters for the observation of elections in Moscow, Alexei Venediktov.
"At 17:00 Moscow time [the new function] was used by 95 thousand [online voters], for us this is an explosive growth," - quotes the words of Venediktov TASS.
According to him, on the morning of September 18, the number of voters who used this function was 50 thousand.
Earlier it was reported that more than 1 million people took part in online voting in Moscow.
