This is stated in a message on the official website of the mayor of Moscow. 

More than 1.1 million people took part in the drawing - 55% of all registered for remote electronic voting.

In total, 150 thousand prizes were drawn, including ten one-room apartments, 50 cars.

In addition, 10 thousand, 25 thousand, 50 thousand and 100 thousand prize points were raffled off.

Each point is equal to one ruble.

Points can be spent on charity, visiting cafes and restaurants, buying things, furniture, food or medicine.

It is noted that the winners were determined by random selection from all residents of Moscow who voted online in the elections of deputies of the State Duma, Moscow City Duma or municipal deputies of the Shchukino district until 20:00 on September 17.

Earlier it was reported that everyone who voted online from September 17 to September 19, will be automatically added to the list of participants in the drawing of the "Million Prizes" program.

The drawing will take place on September 18-20.

The winners will be notified via SMS.
