September 17, 2021 The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) panel of advisers rejected Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccine booster plan for all citizens over the age of 16.

The Associated Press reports.

Experts said more data is needed to evaluate the appropriateness of the recall.

The panel is continuing the meeting to discuss the advisability of a third dose for citizens over the age of 60.

It is therefore possible that the experts, whose opinion is not binding on the FDA, will carry out a second vote on this issue.
