It was around midnight that the two men, aged 18, are said to have been beaten by a gang unknown to them.
- The two plaintiffs have, among other things, been beaten with sticks, says Mattias Lundgren, internal officer at the police in Karlskrona.
After the incident, the two men were taken by ambulance to hospital.
- They were quite ill-tempered.
We have been able to hear them a bit, but hopefully we can hold more interrogations during the day, says Mattias Lundgren.
What may be behind the crime is unclear to the police, and at present no one is suspected of the crime.
A report of aggravated assault has been made.
