“In connection with the 80th anniversary of the opening of the Road of Life, I propose to make a lump sum payment to the citizens of Russia who were awarded the medal“ For the Defense of Leningrad ”and the badge“ Inhabitants of besieged Leningrad, ”Putin said.
He noted that this will affect Russians living in Russia, the Baltic countries, Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Transnistria.
According to him, the payment will be 50 thousand rubles.
