The CIS has published today the results of its September barometer in which it gives the PSOE nine points of advantage over the PP in the midst of a light crisis. This is the first survey carried out by the body led by José Félix Tezanos since the electricity crisis that Spain has been experiencing for weeks broke out. This Thursday, the average price per megawatt hour exceeded 188 euros, with peaks of close to 200 euros at the end of the day. 268% more expensive than the same day a year ago. The previous CIS poll was published almost two months ago, on July 21. At the time, the Government had just undergone a major internal reshuffle that affected several ministers and senior officials of the socialist branch in the Executive.

Then, the survey increased the distance between PSOE (28.6%) and PP (23.4%) to 5.2 points, after calculating that the socialists grew by 1.2% and the popular lost half a point in support .

A half point that was going to stop Vox.

Those of Santiago Abascal stood in the previous CIS at 13.6%.

In fourth place, Unidos Podemos reduced its percentage to 10.6%.
